Hogan’s offers great features such as agility equipment, drinking water, restrooms, shade and a small dog area.

Hogan’s Run Off-Leash Dog Park is a public dog park located in Hogan’s Park and is a great resource for Midland TX RV park residents and guests. It is a very highly rated location among the community of dog owners living in the area due to its size, welcoming atmosphere and offered amenities.

Hogan’s Dog Park is the City of Midland’s only off leash dog park. The park has 5 fenced acres that are divided into a large dog area(over 30 lbs) and a small dog area. The large dog area is 3.5 acres and the small dog area is 1.5 acres. Each area has benches and shade structures as well as watering stations and trees.

There are restrooms and an adjacent facility with outdoor grills and covered eating areas. Owners must be in the area with their dogs. No children under 8 are allowed and children between 8 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

There are doggy potty bags and disposal stations. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Owners can be asked to leave for not following the posted rules.

There are also several benches spread out across the dog park, in shaded or sheltered areas and some in the sun. The park offers plenty of open space and its surface consists of dirt and grass.

Since it is mostly flat with just a few trees for shade, it might not be the ideal park for dogs who are less active and primarily like to sniff and explore lush, wooded areas. However, it is a great place for training sessions, games of fetch and canine socialization.

Hogan’s Run Off-Leash Dog Park is equipped with everything you would want in a dog park and so much more. There are free waste bag dispensers, pooper scoopers and conveniently located trash cans for easy cleanup.

If that wasn’t enough, in addition to the dog run, Hogan’s Park offers picnic areas, playgrounds, public restrooms, sports fields and nature trails. It is truly a great location for a day outdoors with the entire family.

Open from sunrise to sunset, Hogan is located on North Fairgrounds Road and East Wadley Avenue and is great for Midland TX RV park guests. To get there from Stanley hop on 250 and follow it till you hit North Fairgrounds Road. If you have reached Midland College or Airpark, you have gone too far.
